We monitor this website on a daily basics and process orders within 1 business day. Most all orders will begin the process as soon as your online purchase is completed.

Your order will be shipped once your payment is approved, the receiving address is verified, and all items are confirmed to be in stock, and the order is placed with the warehouse. We will supply an order confirmation Email for every order processed. Please keep this Email as it will have information needed in communicating with us about your order

Once the order is placed with the warehouse it will ship within 24-48 hours. Delivery times will vary according to the shipping method and the location of your shipping address. Please take into account federal holidays within the United States. We will supply a tracking number by Email for every order that has been shipped. Shipping:

All U.S. orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier with delivery confirmation.

Shipping charges will depend upon the quantity, weight and dimensions of each item in your order. Shipping costs are shown and calculated before you checkout, please proceed to checkout to see costs for your order.

Exception: orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and military addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation. Standard Ground (USA)

All U.S. orders will be sent via UPS, or the most economical service available. Most orders arrive within 4-10 business days after the ship date and depending upon your location. Shipping charges will vary depending upon the quantity and weight of your order. First idem $6, $1 charge for each additional item.

2d Day Air (USA) Orders with this method will be shipped 2nd Day Air with UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Most orders arrive within 2 - 5 business days after the ship date. First idem $14, $3 charge for each additional item.

Orders shipped to addresses in Ohio will be assessed a sales tax of %7.75

Orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date and the package is unopened or in a resalable condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of all return shipping charges. Shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is a result of an error on our part or a manufacturer defect.

NOTE: We do not accept items for return that have been opened, that are not in a resalable condition, or cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons.

Please state the reason for returning the item and include your name, e-mail address, phone number, the name of the item, order number, item number and tracking number this information will be in your original confirmation and tracking number Emails

Once we respond to your Email to confirm we are aware of the return and accept the reason for the return

Place the unopened item back in its original packaging and include a printed copy of the Email used to notify Jbrw Fragrances of the return that included the reason for returning the item, your name, e-mail address, phone number, the name of the item, order number, item number and tracking number this information will be in your original confirmation and tracking number Emails as well as the return order confirmation Email

All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned. You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the item was returned is a result of an error on our part or manufacturer defect.

You can expect a refund for the cost of the item only in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within one billing cycle of Jbrw Fragrances receiving your returned product and confirming that it has not been opened, in resalable condition, is not cosmetics or skincare items, and was not damaged in return shipping.

If Jbrw Fragrances determines that there was in fact items missing from the order that you were charged for, we will credit the customer’s account immediately for the missing idem.



Damaged Product Claims:

Each package and its contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely.

If an item is damaged from your order please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order by Email to:

Please supply your name, e-mail address, phone number, the name of the item, order number, item number and tracking number this information will be in your original confirmation and tracking number Email. Please describe the damage and any photos of the damaged packing material or product will help.

The damage product will need to be shipped back to Jbrw Fragrances for inspection "see Contact Information above"

All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned.

After inspection, we will pursue a claim with UPS on behalf of the customer that UPS didn't deliver the product in a safe manner. If funds are returned from UPS, we will credit the customer’s account in the amount of the returned funds.

Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.

If JBRWFragrances determines that there was an error on our part, we will credit the customer’s account immediately.

Orders Not Received:

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, JBRWFragrances is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address unless it is an error on our part.

We will pursue a claim with carrier on behalf of the customer that the shipper didn't deliver the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area. If funds are returned to Jbrw Fragrances from the carrier, we will credit the customer’s account with the returned funds.

Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that Carries will accept the claim.

If Jbrw Fragrances determines that there was an error on our part, we will credit the customer’s account immediately.
