Once the shampoo has been dispersed throughout your hair try to massage your scalp with your fingers for at least another two minutes to help stimulate blood flow and the production of hair follicles.

Once you have completed shampooing rinse off your hair until you are sure there is no shampoo left in it.

Even though most modern shampoos include a conditioning component, shampooing is frequently followed by the use of conditioners which have ingredients to restore moisture and increase the ease of combing and styling.
