With shower gel and body wash once you know the amount needed for cleaning your body you only need to dispense that amount every time making it less costly and better for the environment.

The fragrance and cleaning ability in shower gel and body wash will remain constant over a longer period of time than bar soap as bar soap is normally left setting in a soap dish exposed to the air and damp conditions.

Shower gel and body wash come in there own container not requiring a special soap dish used to allow the bar soap to dry or waiting on it to dry before putting it away or back in a suitcase or over night bag.

Applying your shower gel:

In the shower completely saturate your body with warm water and step out of the spray or turn off the water. In the bath saturate your body with warm water by immersing it in the bath water and then stand up.

Dispense only the amount of shower gel or body wash needed to do each body party one at a time starting with your neck and upper body working your way down to the top of your feet saving your face and bottom of your feet for last.

Use circular motions to apply the shower gel or body wash to your body and help loosening or dissolving oils, dirt, skin particles, dandruff, environmental pollutants and other contaminant particles on your skin. Once you reach the tops of your feet start over and repeat reusing the soap and lather you have already applied, no need for more shower gel or body wash the second time through this will allow the soap already applied time to do its job.

Starting with your neck and working down to the top of your feet does several things, excess soap will move down your body allowing you to reuse it and use less of your shower gel or body wash. Waiting to do your face last will keep soap from getting into your eyes while washing your body and doing the bottom of your feet last will help prevent you from slipping as the soap will make your feet more slippery.
